Wi-Fi innovator Xirrus turned to Ubiq when the company wanted to amplify its story and connect with customers. We kicked off the engagement with a content marketing audit and strategic recommendation. After looking closely at competitors, personas, customer journey map and the company’s marketing automation tools, we recommended a content marketing plan and worked with Xirrus over the next year to roll it out. The outcome was a new logo, website, solution briefs, email nurture programs, multi-touch campaigns and a marketing automation upgrade that hit the mark. The launch supported attainment of MQL goals, boosted web traffic and Click Through Rate (CTR) by 400% and lifted email CTR higher than prior two years.
